I have had the opportunity,
privilege and pleasure to work in the Real Estate, albeit for a short duration.
I daresay I was amazed at the growth being witnessed.
My work took me to one of the most
happening areas on the outskirts of Chennai - Oragadam. All the major top
automobile companies have their assembling units here and a few ones that are
left out are on the verge of moving into this area. Oragadam and its
surroundings have companies like Hyundai, Renault Nissan, Daimler Benz. The
telecommunication companies include Nokia, Motorola, Foxconn and several
reputed Multinational brands.
What this has resulted in is the
real estate shooting over the roof and multiplying almost tenfold. Add big real
estate companies jumping into the area for development and promotion and we
have a classic real estate boom. The best thing is that most of the companies
are coming with the concept of integrated township.
During the course of my selling and
marketing, I encountered telephone calls and emails from people not only across
the length and breadth of India but also from the Americas, Europe, South and
Far East Asia, the Middle East and Australia-New Zealand. Quite a few of them
have gone ahead and invested without even visiting the site, but by looking at
the growth potential.
During my interaction with
investors, real estate promoters and developers and bank personnel with whom we
work for financing the customers, I got to realize that this is taking place
across vast parts of India.
For investors finding best investment company in India the ideal suggestion
is to hold on to their investment for five years before selling and moving on
and recoup their investment. The banks have also been driving the boom by
processing and releasing the finances within a week. Most of them are covered
from the risk of falling market as they take due diligence in releasing the
funds. Also as the banks and financing companies are associated with the real
estate projects from start to finish, they are in a position to gauge the
growth potential. Hence the customers also stand to benefit by working with
banks. All in all it is a win-win situation for all those involved in the real
estate market - from the builders to the investors to the banks.
